Return & Refund Policy

At Chlonova, your satisfaction and well-being matter to us. We stand by the quality of our wellness and health-focused products, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition for hygienic and safety reasons.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we are more than happy to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@chlonova.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

  • Lost packages confirmed by the shipping carrier

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Chlonova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we will help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.
